Faction Quiz

The Chainsaw Man Faction Quiz gives you the name of a group and a countdown, and asks you to name every member. One day it is Public Safety Division 4, the next it might be every hybrid, every fiend, the characters of a single story arc or everyone with a power level above 500,000. It is the purest chainsaw man quiz on Chainsawdle: no multiple choice, just your memory of the cast.

There is one faction per day and one attempt, so each result counts. Groups are built directly from the character data and always have between four and thirty members, which keeps some days quick and others a real test of how well you know the minor devils and devil hunters.

Read today's group and start typing names into the box. After two letters, suggestions with portraits appear, and pressing Enter or Submit enters the highlighted name. Some well-known nicknames also count, such as Chainsaw Man for Denji or Blood Fiend for Power, and a correct partial name of three letters or more is accepted.

The timer starts at twelve seconds per member, never less than 45 seconds and never more than 150. Every correct name adds five seconds and every wrong one removes three, so accuracy directly buys you time.

The quiz ends when you name everyone, when the clock hits zero, or when you give up by tapping Give Up twice. The results screen shows the percentage you found and the full list with ticks and crosses. Signed-in players are ranked on the daily leaderboard by the most names found, then by speed, and the next quiz unlocks at midnight UTC.

Start with the names you are sure of. A correct answer adds five seconds, so the first few quick hits build a buffer you can spend later on the harder names. For a Division 4 day that means Denji, Power, Aki and Himeno before you start digging for the minor members.

Work through the group by arc. Mentally replay the Bat Devil, Eternity Devil and Katana Man arcs in order and list who appears in each, then move on to Bomb Girl and, if manga characters are enabled, the International Assassins arc and Part 2.

Avoid spraying guesses. Wrong names cost three seconds each, and a group like Contract Holders or Deceased Characters invites guesses that feel right but are not. If a name is doubtful, try it once the easy members are already on the board.
